To withdraw your funds electronically, follow the steps below.
1. Log in to ShineInsights by visiting shinepay.io and click "Income" from the side navigation. You will notice your account balance which is your withdrawable income.
2. Click "Link new account" to link your bank account. You will only need to link your bank account once.
3. Fill out all of the required bank account information then click "Submit" at the bottom of the form.
4. Under the income section, you will now see your new bank account(s) in the top right section. Select the bank account of your choosing to withdraw funds.
5. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and click "Confirm withdraw".
6. Review your information and confirm it is correct. Then select "Withdraw funds". You will receive your funds in 1-2 business days.
To see the status of your withdrawal view the Payout history below. It will read Pending or Processed.
