With ShineInsights you can generate a spreadsheet report of your transactions. After completing the steps below, a high-level overview plus a breakdown of each location in separate tabs with all of your transactions will be sent to your email.
Step 1. Sign in to shinepay.io on your computer
Step 2. Click the 'Reports' link in the side navigation.
Step 3. Click the 'Download report' button
Step 4. Click the start date for your report and chose a date
Step 5. Click the end date for your report and choose a date.
Step 6. Your report should be available in the Generated Reports Section.
Please reload the page if you don't see the report, as reports may take 2-10 minutes to generate depeding on the transaction volume of your account.
