To reset your ShinePay password, follow the steps below:
1. If you are not logged in and forgot your password, click on Forgot Password button below the Sign-in button:
2. Enter the email address attached to your account and hit the Ok button:
3. You will receive an email containing the password reset link (if you did not receive the email, check your spam/ junk mail), click on Reset my password button:
4. Enter your new password and click on the Save button and log in again on the ShinePay app:
