We are required to capture your Tax ID Number for tax and accounting purposes. Below is a guide for inputting this information through ShineInsights.

First login to your account on the web at shinepay.io then click the 'Income' button on the side navigation. 

You will need to input a Tax ID number for each recipient or payout account. To do so, select the account on the right-hand side panel.

Scroll to the bottom of the form and input your Tax ID into the field titled Tax ID.

Click 'Submit' and your tax ID will be updated. If you have multiple recipients or payout accounts, repeat this process for each account. After doing so your profile will be up to date. Please email support@shinepay.co if you need further assistance.
