Setting up your ShineInsights account activates your Sparks and gives you access to the ShineInsights dashboard, allowing you to track transactions, adjust app pricing, and manage your income.
After installing the ShinePay Sparks, follow these steps to submit your information and activate your account.
Step 1: Gather Your Account Details
Login Email Address: The primary email address you will use to access your ShineInsights account.
Machine Location: The full physical street address where the machines are installed and operating.
Machine Inventory Details:
Machine ID: The unique 6-digit code located on each ShinePay device.
Machine Type: The equipment type (e.g., Washer, Dryer).
Vend Price: The price per cycle assigned to each machine (e.g., $1.25).
Proof of Ownership: Provide one of the following documents:
Order Number: If purchased directly from ShinePay.
Sales Receipt: If purchased through an authorized distributor.
Purchase Agreement: If taking over existing hardware or purchasing from a previous owner.
Step 2: Format Your Submission
To ensure fast processing and accurate machine configuration, format your submission as follows:
